Service delivery, as a public demand should be the hallmark of every sector of the economy particularly the education sector. To meet this public demand, "Environmental Strategies for Managing Higher Education in Nigeria for Higher Productivity" is considered germane among emergent issues of higher education. To address this, an examination of the strategic management cycle is considered germane.
